Barry Hay playing a Dan Armstrong Lucite guitar. He's seen jumping around with it in the 1973 Promo for Radar Love so very likely this was used during the Moontan period and retired soon afterward. A 1983 interview with George Kooeymans asked about it and he said the only good thing about it was the hot-swappable pickups.more
Xan Aird can be seen using the distinctive transparent Dan Armstrong Lucite guitar in the music video for "On Location". This guitar hasn't been played by him very much besides in this video, so it is possible that the guitar does not belong to him and he was simply borrowing it for the video. It is also possible that the guitar was destroyed when their apartment caught on fire.more
