Also [interviewed by Premier Guitar](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_41e0TRdmiM), he describes the guitar which has not changed since the Epiphone interview. He describes the combination of hollow-body and P-90 pickups gives it "round, pretty tones" especially with the neck pickup.more
It took me a while to discover that most sounds I like from an electric guitar originated on Casino's. I started looking at hollow-bodies on line and had almost persuaded myself that a Guild Starfire would be the best and cheapest alternative to an elitist, and that I didn't want to trust my cash to the possibility of finding something good on ebay. Then the news came from NAMM about the Gary Clarke Jr model and all my boxes were ticked! I have the Bigsby model and I'm very happy with it. The feedback is controllable and the Blak & Blu finish is very nice in the flesh.
