This guitar is adequate for those who want a Les Paul on a budget. Sounds, feels, and looks almost just like the Gibson counterpart. A bit heavy as far as weight, but doesn't kill your shoulder like some guitars would.
I got mine for £369 from Anderton's music about 2 years ago and so far i'm very pleased. It's a very solidly built guitar and feels nice to play with the usual variety of tones from a les paul.
The guitar's pickups can cover a surprisingly large palette of sounds from beautifully warm to choppy and piercing. It really does look great and I haven't encountered any problems with it thus far, for it's price, it is worth every penny. It's weight is an aspect to note, it's very hefty but that in itself isn't worth retracting from a five star.
I grabbed this guy on an impulse trade-in buy & I'm glad I did (though I did get different pickups then the ones shown here). If you want a great striking sound with distortion, you've got it! If you want a very clear, warmer but still punchy clean tone, you've got it. Great studio & live sound.
