Ideal for guitarists new to digital recording, the versatile Mustang I delivers an exciting ride for such a compact and easily portable design, with great tone from 20 watts of power, an 8” speaker and an astounding array of features.
This is a great amp, considering the price and all of the sounds you can get out of it. I never touched a pedal when this was my main amp. It is great for practice and for those who never really take their guitar out of the house. I recently upgraded to an old crate tube amp, as I am not starting to play more in public. This amp is really only for beginners, and or for practice purposes. Still, it is a great little amp.
The title says it all. I could go on and on about this amp, but I will spare you the endless ramblings on sound and features. If you need an amp for at home, and you don't wanna break the bank, I highly recommend the Fender Mustang V.2
This is a great practice-amp. It has great tone, especially on al RED-LED presets. it has 24 presets ( Green led, Red Led, amber Led) U can create your own tones on it and it has a tuner build-in. this amp has never failed me and it's always a pleaure playing on it. If it would ever break down, I'd buy this again. No doubt
Alright first and foremost, this amp as a VERY nice clean tone for a 100$ amp. It comes with a modulation and stompbox software that can also be helpful for new players trying to achiever a nice variety of sounds. The amp is also pretty decent at taking pedals up front.
However, the distorted sounds are pretty much shit, and the "low saturation" "crunchy" sound is pretty much a no factor. It is most definitely not loud enough if you end up in band practice with other entry level amps such as the Line 6 Spider series or even a Blues Junior.
This is a really varied amplifier. What I usually use it for is finding the basic tone for a particular peice of music. It's perfect for writing on because there are so many completely different sounds and tone just seconds away. I bought the MI which is only 20W because I mainly use it for writing and practicing.
I bought mine after the other guitarist in my band came to practice with his and I was surprised with all the amp could do. It is a great amp for someone who is starting off or is low on cash. I used the amp for band practices and to write songs at home, I now use it mainly for writing and for performances at local coffee house. The amp works great but if it is played at a volume of any higher than six a very noticeable burning smell will come from the amp and smell up the entire room. This caused my band to begin putting mics on our amps at band practice which works out well and sounds great but can be expensive.
Plenty of volume, and some really good tones. The on-board reverb and delay effects are fun for practicing. The gain tones aren't bad, either. Bought one for my lessons studio and have no complaints thus far. Students love it. The USB connectivity is nice, both for direct recording (demo tracks would be my recommendation) and software updates. I'm a tube lover and a tube player exclusively. If this had tubes, I would gladly give it 5 stars.
This is a phenomenal practice amp. It accurately models many different amps and allows you to add effects through the bundled Fender Fuse. I don't recommend gigging with this amp - it's a little too small for that - but it's a great practice amp.
This was my first amp and when i started i liked it. It had a ton of options and mods which at the time sounded like a great idea but after acquiring some pedals i realized the amp couldn't take them. With this being a digital amp the effects on board sounded a bit cheap and when i added even light overdrive at low/mid volume the amp begins to peak and start to get fuzzy sounding. For a bedroom guitarist who doesn't have pedals or someone on a tight budget its a fun practice amp but with any pedals other than delay this amp fall drastically short to comparable solid states by brands like Orange or Vox in the similar price range.

Good amp for the price, I started out with this amp and it served me very well. It is pretty responsive, and it does well in small gigs (coffee shops, small bars, indoors, etc.). It is also a pretty good practice amp!
This amp is great for me cause when i got it i had no effect pedals to use, so with this amp that came with tons of effect presets it was perfect, there is a great amount of custom setting potential. Would highly recommend.
Got this around the time of my first guitar: great tone, beautiful clean sound to rockin' overdriven noise. Perfect for kids in garage bands: can be loud enough to play at small gigs and quiet enough to play in your room at night. Good amp, low price, definitely recommend.
I bought this amp for around £120 and given that low sum it sounds great! You can get loads of different sounds out of it and you can even plug it into your computer and change it digitally should you wish to do so. Would definitely recommend this to anyone just starting out.
