Workhorse in my multi amp indulgence set up at home, and very useful as a back-up amp when gigging/rehearsing. Weighs almost nothing, so easy to move. Having a few presets is a nice plus, allthough i don'ty think very much of the sounds themselves. But hey, for a beginner this a truely great amp, if you can get one 2nd hand for a nice price, it will serve you right for some time to come...
Ah the Line 6 Spider 3 amp.. The amp literally every guitar has at the start of their music careers. Almost everyone in my high school had one haha. While I do not recommend pursuing your sound in one of these amps, they're cool to experiment with the different tones, knobs, and effects it has.
Surprisingly very loud. Has been used by me in my first failed band and multiple times by my lead guitarist live in my current band. Effects sound okay, unfortunately no foot pedal for them or channels.
