During a studio tour with Future Music Magazine, Steve Mac says [@ 10:55] about his Moog MF-105M Moogerfooger MIDI MuRF: “What have we got here... MoogerFooger MurF, which is a nice pedal. It's got a step sequencer of frequencies on it so you can clock to the cv gates. Throw your sounds through and move the frequencies and get different types of steps running through those frequencies while midi clocked. I really like that one."more

Synths can easily sound uninspiring, so here is my growing chain of effects. First off, the Copycat tape delay. This is my second one. I love how it breaks up the sound when cranked. The Moog Midimurf I also use to break up the sound into little fragments of stuttered sound. Finally, there’s a simple loop pedal for building layers of ambience.more
nice wonderful analog piece of equipment. need masters degree in electronics which I don't have so my learning curve is well taking long. Cant use it in every song but maaan you can get sounds from this you will never get out of anything else.. still learning to use it... your music needs to be intended for moog I suppose if you want to use it a lot..
