Kalamazoo guitars Kalamazoo is, of course, a city famous for it's guitars. It was the hometown of Gibson for most of the twentieth century, until 1984; many people would say the best Gibson guitars ever built were the Kalamazoo-built models. Re-creating the vibe of the style 15 guitar of the 1940s, the all solid wood Martin 000-15 Auditorium Acoustic Guitar has the smaller auditorium body style in genuine mahogany. Dark stain and a satin finish give it a distinctive look. At around the 0:03 mark of this video you can see Anais playing this model of guitar. This is her rplacement for the ill fated Kalamazoo KG-11 she previously used. Nice choice!!
