While Tucker Rule toured with The Wanted, he used Q Custom Drum Kit with Mahogany/Poplar shells with a Orange/Red sparkle finish. He also states that the shells have maple reinforcement rings and wood hoops as stated in this video interview at 1:40. At 1:48 into the video interview he gives the sizes of shells with the high tom at 14x10, 26x14 Kick drum, 16x16 1st floor tom, and 16x18 2nd floor tom "...with the bottom head missing".
