Jamie: The guitar I play, the Hofner, I’ve got about six of those now, but the first one I bought I didn’t even play it. I just walked in and saw it hanging up on the wall, went back home, got an amplifier, went back, and swapped my amplifier for that guitar and took it home and played it. It’s the greatest guitar in the world.

As Jamie says in the first minute of his Rig Rundown video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S2mfpdbdV3U), he doesn't use Höfner 176 Galaxies, but Höfner 176. The difference between the two 176 models being the pickups. Höfner 176 have "blade" pickups, while 176 Galaxies have "staple" pickups.

Later in the video, he mentions that he actually owns and use a Galaxy one, but changed the pickups to blade models, making it in fact a 176.
