i think 880 DT its good but miss something, when i mix and when i hear in my monitors its bad sound... maybe because my phones dont have power when i mix

hi, I have a DT 880 PRO 250 OHM and i can't make music... i have a Scarlett solo 3gnr on it... my quaestion is i have to buy a amp ? if i buy 80ohm phones need amp too ?
