My favourite DAW
FL Studio is my favourite DAW. I wanted to convert to 12, but I found, that I like 11 more. I just stayed with it. Anyway, it might be the easiest to get used to DAW. It may be just me, but for me, it's really hard to get used to DAWs, like Ableton Live, Reason, Cubase, etc., and I got used to FL Studio after 2 days. It comes with a big range of default plugins, ready to make a track out of the box, and has features for everything, if you want to play live, or make tracks, work on recorded material, good for any genre of music. Useful synth!
It's a really flexible, useful synth, that I find to work with everything. People have said, that you can make pretty much ANY sound you want in Massive, as long, as you know how. That's not really true, but you can surely make a huge range of sounds, growls, chords, arps, leads, pads. I really recommend it.

Great, cheap, high quality controller
(I'm reviewing the MK2) This keyboard feels really nice. The keys may be small, but I quickly got used to them. A big downside is that, because of the InControl function, you need to have it off to tweak any knobs. That's kind of annoying, when you're doing a live performance with the InControl, but you have to control something. Other than that, I find it really easy to play on, the functional buttons are all hard rubber. The pads (that are also made out of hard rubber) look like actual buttons, but they are certainly not. You're not really pressing them, you're just putting pressure on them. The knobs are soft, but they're really high quality. Totally worth its price.
