Pretty Sweet Amp
I've used this amp for about a year now, and it kicks out some pretty good tone considering the fact that its solid state and has a small speaker. Overdrive channel is nice, but wont get the distortion you'd hear from a nice Orange tube amp. The amp can keep up with a drummer as long as they don't slam on their drums, but with a larger band it will definetly be drowned in all the sound. A bright clean tone can be brought out of the amp with some tweaking on the EQ knobs (I have mine set with the Mids at 9 o'clock, the bass at 11 o'clock, and the treble around 1 or 2 o'clock). Driving it with a pedal, it can achieve heavier distortion and still sound good. Overall, I have really enjoyed the amp and what it offers.
An OK guitar
It's an ok guitar... The pickups are very thin and pretty noisy, even considering that they are single coil pickups. The tremolo bridge has really bad springs... They're so bad that when I restrung the guitar, the bridge moved as I tightened the strings. It's got a nice neck and the tuning machines aren't too bad. The volume pot is good but the tone pots are really bad, it's either the tone is at ten or it is at one when you are using them. Overall, it is a decent guitar, especially considering that it's only worth around 100 to 150 dollars.
