This was my first electric guitar. The Malibu B1 is no longer in production, which makes it a pretty cool find. It stays in tune fairly well, and it sounds great as well. I may not be the best expert, since I am not greatly experienced as a guitar player yet. But for me, it has been a great guitar. The fact that it was under $200 and sounds as good as it does is pretty great! I have not met anyone else with it yet.
This amp is great. It is very light and portable (it can be powered with AA batteries), and it has a much bigger sound than expected. It has great fx features such ISO which can affect then as well as a delay fx setup as well. Highly recommended.
