Ask Carol is a Norwegian alt-pop duo known for their dynamic and grungy sound, hailing from the mountain community of Auma. The group consists of Carol (vocals, guitar, synth, drum machine) and Ask (guitar, drums). Together, they create a powerful sonic experience that draws on elements of alternative rock, pop, and Nordic melancholy. Their innovative approach to music includes a unique system for splitting Carol's guitar, allowing the duo to fill the sonic space like a full band. They have toured extensively across Asia and Europe, sharing stages with notable acts like The Brian Jonestown Massacre, and have released music under their own label, ChoVan Records.
