Crying is an eclectic indie trio hailing from Purchase, New York, known for their unique fusion of chiptune, indie rock, power pop, and indietronica. The band comprises Elaiza Santos (vocals), Ryan Galloway (guitars, synths, Gameboy), and Nick Corbo (drums). Their innovative sound initially emerged through the integration of Gameboy-generated chiptune elements, which has since expanded to incorporate the rich, layered textures of '70s and '80s-inspired classic rock. Crying first captured attention with their 2014 release, Get Olde, and have continued to intrigue listeners with their evolving musical style.
