Deux Filles is a unique musical project hailing from London, formed by Simon Fisher Turner and Colin Lloyd Tucker. Despite their British origins, the duo adopted the personas of French women, Gemini Forque and Claudine Coule, as part of an elaborate fictional backstory. This experimental group is known for their work in the ambient and experimental music genres, crafting soundscapes that are both mysterious and evocative. Active primarily in the early 1980s, Deux Filles released two albums, Silence & Wisdom and Double Happiness, which have since gained a cult following for their atmospheric and cinematic qualities.
