IIIrd Tyme Out is a celebrated American bluegrass band, known for their impeccable vocal harmonies and dynamic instrumentation. Formed in 1991 in Georgia, the group originally consisted of Russell Moore (lead vocals, guitar), Mike Hargrove (fiddle), and Ray Deaton (bass vocals, electric bass), all of whom had previously been part of Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver. Over the years, the lineup has evolved to include talented musicians like Wayne Benson (mandolin, vocals) and Barry Abernathy (banjo, vocals).
