Shootyz Groove is a dynamic band hailing from the Bronx, New York, known for their innovative blend of funk rock, rap metal, rap rock, and nu metal. Formed in 1992, the group features MCs Sense and Season, who drive the band's energetic vocal delivery. Originally, the lineup included guitarist Donny, bassist Spec, and drummer Dose, though changes over time saw Paul "Freak Love" take over on bass. Shootyz Groove carved a niche for themselves in the '90s music scene, creating a unique sound that bridges the aggressive energy of hip-hop with the intensity of hardcore and heavy metal.
