Tashaki Miyaki is an American indie dream pop band known for their ethereal soundscapes and nostalgic melodies. Formed in Los Angeles, the group consists of Paige Stark (vocals, drums, production), Luke Paquin (guitar), and Sandi Denton (bass). Stark and Paquin met while working on separate musical projects before coming together to create Tashaki Miyaki, debuting with their self-titled EP in 2011. Their music blends elements of dreamy pop and rock, drawing inspiration from the likes of Mazzy Star and The Velvet Underground. They released their full-length debut, The Dream, in 2017, followed by their sophomore album, Castaway, in 2021.
