How to Sound Like The Van Jets
To emulate The Van Jets’ sound, focus on their vibrant and punchy guitar tones, which often combine the raw edge of garage rock with the flamboyant flair of glam. Achieving this requires using distortion and overdrive pedals to add grit and sustain, while vintage-style tube amps help deliver the warmth and character typical of classic rock & roll. The bass lines are driving and melodic, providing a solid backbone that complements the high-octane guitar work. Drummers should aim for a tight and energetic approach, with rhythmic precision that amplifies the band’s lively sound. Additionally, incorporating harmonized vocals and catchy hooks can capture the infectious energy and pop sensibility inherent in their music, making The Van Jets’ style accessible yet distinctly powerful.
