How to Sound Like The Zutons

The Zutons' sound is characterized by a vibrant, melodic energy with a playful yet gritty edge. Their music often features dynamic saxophone lines intertwined with jangly guitar riffs and a driving rhythm section. The use of semi-hollowbody guitars, like the Fender Coronado II, contributes to their rich, resonant tone, while the bass, often provided by a Fender Precision Bass, offers a punchy, warm foundation. Amplified through gear such as the Fender Super Bassman Pro, their sound achieves a classic yet fresh rock vibe, making it both timeless and distinctly their own.
