Originating from New York City, the group is fronted by Melati Malay, whose ethereal vocals and songwriting draw from her Indonesian roots and diverse musical experiences. Malay is joined by a rotating collective of musicians, including producer Isaac Emmanuel, who contributes to their lush sonic textures.
