Swiss Army Knife of Basses

I'm able to get any sound I want from this bad boy. So many different settings, so many tonal characteristics. I have an American Standard Jazz as well, and this one just feels so much better to play. (Not that the jazz is bad at all!)

Loud with Impressive Tonal Clarity

I had the privilege of using this with a Markbass Little Mark III, and the volume and clarity through all ranges of the instrument was astounding. I think it's impossible to get this thing to sound muddy. The amp belonged to a former member of the band Aranda, who described it as his new favorite gigging rig. I was playing with a basketball pep-band which consisted of about 25 members, and I never had to turn the volume up past 1/4. Aside from the incredible performance of it, it's very compact and not too heavy. I've played several bass rigs since then and none of them even come close to what Markbass has going. I cannot recommend this enough.

Amazing Tonal Clarity and Volume

I had the privilege of using this with a Markbass 2x10 cab, and the volume and clarity through all ranges of the instrument was astounding. The amp belonged to a former member of Aranda, who described it as his new favorite gigging amp. I was playing with a basketball pep-band which consisted of about 25 members, and I never had to turn the volume up past 1/4. Aside from the incredible performance of this head, it's very compact as well. I've played several bass rigs since then and none of them even come close to what Markbass has going. I cannot recommend this enough.

Great Guitar for the Money

I received this guitar as a Christmas gift several years ago. I've played similarly priced guitars that don't sound nearly as good to me. It may just be a little "first guitar bias", but it's a great sounding beginner guitar, especially for the money.
