Its a great guitar for the money, has that spanky Telecaster sound but with the added middle pickup can be close to what you would hear from a stratocaster, the addition of locking tuners, the modern bridge and cutaway make this a great guitar for modern playability.
only downside I would say was mine had some slight fret buzz/ sharp edges along the frets.
I find alot of people are put off by the P90's with this guitar, but I find them to be fantastic, sure the buzz is a little annoying but having the clarity of a single coil for your lead playing and still being able to crank them to get close to the sound of a humbucker makes for one very diverse pair of pickups. The guitar also looks beautiful.
There's a reason why a lot of people say 'everyone must have a GS mini in their arsenal' The guitar is light and comfortable due to its size yet still has a a loud voice and great tone due to its wide lower bout and curved back that allows a lower frequency resonance and a larger out-of-plane vibration, these are made out of real wood (there are many options depending on your preference) and come with a professional, well made gig bag. I am very happy with this guitar.
If you like your Country, Blues or Jazz, I would say this is the ideal amp for that tone, the clean tones are so sparkly and clear, this amp will make your notes resonate like no other. I find its an amazing pedal platform and pushes you to want to improve as a player, there is a reason why this amp is a big contender in the studio for most artists.
I really like this speaker cabinet, although it only has one speaker I think the size/ large space inside the cabinet gives the speaker more headroom which really works well.
This useful bit of kit allows you to keep that sweet saturation of the power valves, but at a much more reasonable volume for home use, the attenuator features 2 dip switches that allow you to dip back some of the treble/ bass that may have been lost between the amp and the speaker, a line out socket for recording or into a PA system and an option to bypass the attenuator. The unit is well built and I've played my valve amp throughout the evening a couple of times and the attenuator never gets hot, room temperature at most. Only downside I would say is that the unit is a bit chunky and requires a bit of room/ a surface to sit on as it won't sit on the top of all amp heads which would be the ideal place. If you are like me and live in a terraced house where you can never really turn your valve amp up due to fear of getting a cease and desist order it is well worth considering purchasing one of these.
I bought this chorus pedal to use for some Def Leppard cover songs, the pedal has a liquid rich sounding chorus effect which I find is more desirable for when you want the effect to have much more of a presence, saying that though the chorus is very diverse, covers a lot of range and can be customized to suit your taste.
Does what it says on the tin. I mainly use it to push my amp from a pushed clean sound to an overdriven sound and it does that amazingly, It can be used for a lot more though and is a great pedal to start with if you are new to the pedal game.
This is a great and in my opinion more dynamic version of the phase 90 pedal and best of all very simple to use.
I really like this pedal, I use it kinda like a mini overdrive pedal, and it does the job! :)
