I am a huge metallica fan, also of their sound, but i´m looking for something more deathmetal. I really like the guitar sound of the "torment" album (if you need an example, listen to "skeleton"). the same with the actual wendesday 13 album (especially the sound of the lead guitar on "bloodsick") or the lead guitar intro on "chess with the abyss" from dimmu borgir. other examples are the guitarsound from septic flesh on most of their albums (here i recommend "dogma" from "titan", "sunlight/moonlight" from "communion"), vomitory ("the voyage" from "the voyage", "nervegasclouds" from "raped in their own blood", "the carnage rages on" from "carnage euphoria"). you see, i can do this all day^{^} but i think, i allready mentioned my biggest influences. i dont wanna sound exactly like one or all of them, i still want it to be my own, personal sound. i also have other big influences, but they are more in a softer kind of tone going and are ment for some other pedalboard. i think it makes sense to splitt them in genres...

Hi there! I want to set up my first pedalboard. It should support the natural sound of my current equipments distortion and make it sound more brutal. (Pls have a look at my board, for that)
