Pretty long lasting

I have had these for a while and tried these out because my usual was out of stock at the time. I found them a little rough to the fingers initially and higher in tension than my usual perlon core ones.

Long lasting and good sound

I use these strings on my Soviet make violin and I have found these to sustain their sound pretty good. The gold label E string doesn't sound much different to my ear than the old dominants I used to use. The packet has each of these strings packaged separately which are easy to remove. I like these strings enough that my viola has a Tonica A string as well which has helped with tone and aids in its playability.
