love this tele

i really like this guitar. I would prefer a telecaster over a stratocaster anyway. this guitar gives a good clean sound but once you open overdrive or gain it becomes a beast of a guitar. this guitar is currently painted green (see equip photos)

pretty good amplifier

a good amplifier goes pretty hard and with the gain fully open you have a nice raw sound perfect for boogie woogie like Status Quo. Sound is partly comparable to a Vox AC30

great and lovely bass guitar

i love this bass guitar. its sound, its appearance it's just perfect. no lost of volume at all when I turn the tone knob all the way down for that dull sound. replace strings with LaBellas and then this bass really comes to life with 60s and 70s sound (think Paul McCartney, John Deacon, Alan Lancaster, John Paul Jones, Stu Cook)

Don't Buy This!

these are probably the worst flatwounds ever developed. the intonation of these flatwounds is impossible to get right! I have spent weeks trying to get the intonation perfect, which didn't work out. these immediately went into the trash and ordered a set of Labella's.

love this bass guitar. You have the real hofner sound for a little price

nice guitar with some work

bought this guitar 2 years back at the local second hand store voor 10 bucks. the first look was pretty good there was some work on it but after a month or 3 the bridge humbucker started to fall out while playing and pretty soon later it wasn't working anymore. 2 tunerknobs were broking off from aging. so i put on the side while i was busy and later with a bass guitar. in februari this year i picked up the guitar again and look at the things i need to fix. so in march i begin with the first things i replaced the old tuners and bridge with the ones from harley benton and changed the old potentiometers with brandnew cts usa cts500-b52 potentiometers. and also replaced the old cracky switcher. April: the humbuckers still doesn't work the way i want so i swapped the old ones for brandnew Epiphone Humbuckers i had they work but not the way i wanted. i'm gonna take the guitar to a professional to re assembly the humbuckers to the potentiometers. te be continued

really good amp

pretty good fender amp for less than 200 euro. too bad there ist a externe 6,3mm output for speaker cabinet but with the possibilities form amps and effects its fine for the beginner
