Not sure if it a very important?
Like many artists including myself, we experiment in the studio. Yes maybe he used it for that one song but it wasn't his gear. It was the studios and only a few units were ever made. It was never a part of his stage rig. Now the 1990's Bassman reissues were his last years rig and you barely hear about it.

Very Dynamic!
This beast responds to the slightest changes in your playing. The speaker response while lacking a Lil on the top end it definitely has a mid-range bite and attitude most will enjoy. The bottom end never gets flabby but it's not over boom either. Definitely not a bedroom warriors rig though. You'll benefit better when it's up loud and proud!

Unbeatable playing guitar for the price point.
Plays like a stratocaster, sounds like one and it's nitro. I've changed the pickups out but the originals weren't too shabby I just wanted a more Robert Cray vibe.
Preferred Settings + Usage:
Love the neck pickup. Growls like a wolf!
