Clean, isolated power
I use two of these to power my pedalboard that currently holds 10 pedals. They mounted easily to the bottom of my Pedaltrain Novo 32 board (had to buy the mounts separate). Silent, isolated power that can power anything from a Tubecreamer to a TC Electronic Flashback x4 delay modeler. The SAG feature on a couple of its outlets can give you that dying battery tone in your gain based pedals adding to their versatility.
A must have Jazzmaster for offset fans
I don't know how Fender let this one slip through the cracks. After months of trying out a lot of Mexican-made Fender Jazzmasters I picked one of these up. It blew me away. It easily has the most enjoyable neck that I've ever played. The finish is satin, sort of, but seems to be softer in a way. The tone I get through my Roland JC-120 is immaculate. Plug any arrangement of pedals between this guitar and that amp and the articulation is perfect. I'm really glad that this is offered in the Squier line, had it said Fender on the headstock an instrument of this quality would cost at least twice as much.
Versatile
This is a very versatile guitar. It has a really good neck feel. I prefer it strung with Ernie Ball Skinny Top Heavy Bottom strings for full lows and chimey highs. Unlike a tradition Jaguar, the controls on the upper horn don't direct you to a rhythm circuit. The switch is a kill switch, flipping it down will silence your guitar. The wheels control the blendable pickups. You can have 100% humbucker, 100% single coil, or anywhere in between. The tones you can achieve from this guitar are virtually endless.
