Does anyone use Windows laptop/PC for music production and DJing

I use a 2011 macbook pro that i got in 2013. It's on its last leg and I'll need to buy a new one soon. I will NOT be buying these new macbook pros that Apple has been peddling. Also, two USB ports on the older macbook pros are not enough, I'd prefer at least 4. So I'm looking for recommendations for good gaming laptops and PCs for music production and DJing. I don't need the best of the best but I also don't want the cheapest. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I use a 2011 vostro dell laptop and it has 3 usb portson the left and 1 on the right. But I don't really reccomend some gaming laptops. Due to them being bery bulky and not very lightweight. So, in my personal opinion get a lightweight dell or lenovo laptop.

Here are some: https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Inspiron-Quad-Core-Bluetooth-MaxxAudio/dp/B07GSX9WPK/ref=asc_df_B07GSX9WPK/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=309833041189&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=7549459933126893974&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9011770&hvtargid=pla-569188250811&psc=1

Thank you :)

I've a Dell Inspiron 2020 AI1 CPU currently. Come to think of it I've always had a Dell as my primary DAW box and I've never had one straight crap out on me. I've no doubt that I will continue to multitrack on the Windows platform.

I use ASUS Zenbook Flip 3 running with Windows 10 for all my music needs at the moment. I am planning on getting an actual desktop for more effective use of my software, plus I can store more and not worry about anything overheating, like my laptop does whenever I run a certain program for an extended period of time.

I do and always did. But consider to migrate to MAC in a couple of years if you do well.

BEST!

FACELESS

Some years ago I had a 2005 refurbished Macbook Pro it was a dream, work hard and support everything even a After Effects and Photoshop, one day betray me and the monitor were dead, no image at all, I take for many services and everything say the same programmed obsolescence spech, "is too old you should buy another one" but Why??? it was the best computer ever for my purpose but I want it back. Long story short I was searching another macbook pro but I saw tha many of them come with on or two USB, come on is tool not a museum piece of art. And the price is excesive for same price there is a lot of gaming laptop like the Asus, Alienware or even the cooles Razor. I guess we should broke the galss roof of coolness and find something stable and even cooler than a thin piece of art.
