Korg Kaossilator Pro Plus -- can only dial in about 5 programs! WTH???

I'm sure I'm doing everything correctly, but I just bought a new Kaossilator Pro Plus and when I turn the Program knob, I just keep cycling through about 5 programs.

How do I access all 250 different sounds on this device?
