Adding Gear

Hi,

How can I (or someone else) add a piece of gear? For example, I want to add a Silvertone 1472 (made by Sears/Danelectro) and don't see a way to do that. There's a Silvertone 1482 entry (which is also incorrect BTW, it's just a Model 1482..there's no L on the end or model 57!) but that's a different amp, compared to the 1472. There's also pedals that should be added to the database, like the BYOC Germanium Boost (Rangemaster), JDM Humdinger (Silicon Fuzz/octave), etc. Just to name a couple off the top of my head.

I've asked about it before and never got any results, so I figured I'd add post in this forum. It would be nice if users were able to add gear themselves and not have to rely on a mod/admin. It would also be nice to be able to edit your own equipboard page and do simple things like change your background pic, etc. That's about all I can think of for now. Thank you for your time.

anyone cna add gear... go to the top menu bar where the search is and next to 'explore' you'll find 'submit'. Click it... it has a drop down with 2 options. Guess what option 2 is? music gear. Make sure you have a good picture.

it is what she said... but in defense of charcoal, I like to taste the carcinogens! slow and low is the way to go sometimes, which is also what she said
