Another Brand Problem is coming up Fujigen Gakki (FGN)

I notice another Brand Problem this is all the same Company from Japan:
Brand Owned by ´ Built by Country Notable Feature
History Shimamura Music (Japan) Fujigen Gakki (FGN) Japan Circle Fretting System, high-end craftsmanship
FGN Fujigen Gakki itself Fujigen Gakki Japan Own designs + legacy OEM experience

Most are Named on Equipboard: FGN , but there is also: FGN Shimamura Music History or Fujigen (FGN) and 2 Guitars Named only History without FGN.
On the Guitars it says somtimes FGN , sometimes History
What we are going to do ?

GEAR:
  • Squier 40th Anniversary Jazzmaster Vintage Edition
  • Fender Hot Rod Deluxe IV
  • EarthQuaker Devices Plumes

This one’s a bit tricky, especially since the factory produces guitars for multiple brands.

On the technical side, we can create brand name variations and associate products accordingly. For example, FGN, Fujigen, and Fujigen Gakki. What we need to decide is which name we want to use as the primary.

My vote is for FujiGen, but I’d like to hear your thoughts.

GEAR:
  • EarthQuaker Devices Westwood
  • Fender '57 Custom Champ
  • Fender American Original '50s Telecaster

It's FGN. That's Fujigen's house brand. FujiGen Gakki just means "FujiGen Instruments" and we all know they primarily do high-end OEM. You will never see "FujiGen" on any headstock ever. I wouldn't even bother associating FGN with FujiGen tbh.

History is a store brand in Japan. The name of the store happens to be Shimamura. I bought a History Les Paul copy when I was in Japan. They are produced in the Fujigen factory- the same factory that produces Ibanez's Prestige line and early Fenders. A Fujigen built Ibanez is still an Ibanez just like a History is a History. That one "FGN Shimamura History" bass that was just added should be assigned to History. I'll add the brand if no one else has done it yet.

EDIT: from Shimamura's website: https://www.shimamura.co.jp/originalbrand/pdf/index.html

EDIT: I added History here https://equipboard.com/brands/history. Kinda screwed up on the image. I don't know how to edit photos

GEAR:
  • King Tone MiniFuzz V2
  • Eastman E10OOSS/V Acoustic Guitar
  • Morgan Amplification SW22R Tube Guitar Combo Amp

Yea its better we do it , so most will not mess it up , like always there are People they Know this all Belongs to Fujingen, so they write Fujigen or FGN, we got the Most already under FGN Then there are People they do not know at all, so they write down whats on the Headstock like FGN or History. Best >Solution would be like on the ESP Ltd... and so on , we do FGN and FGN History, I think , so when someone types History might find FGN History , when someome types FGN he finds FGN and FGN History. Or we do it just History
