Audio Software main category request instead of VST plugin?

Can we have a simply Audio Software up category or just "Software" category? instead of "VST plugins" that contains sub-categories like DAW.. etc.. obviously VST plugins should be sub-category of this... DAW is higher level or equal on sub-level to VST plugin.. who agrees with this?
