Bug: another item image fail

Tried to update the image of the PureSalem Mendiola to one from their website. Used a nicely-cropped screen-grab PNG in case the website image was an "odd" jpeg... no luck. Hosed again. what is causing this?

I'm uploading from Chrome for Mac Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Says I was able to replace it. I don’t see a new image yet, but I think it might have gone.

If it doesn't appear immediately, 9 times out of 10, something went wrong. This has been an ongoing bit of strangeness with updating item images. Glad it's not just me though. :D

bumping this one up, because I unintentionally ruined his_royal_sexiness's entry and would love to see this fixed for him at some point.
