error message when trying to add a gear photo

Trying to add a photo to my gear, and every time it says "301 moved permanently".

I initially had a photo uploaded, but then needed to crop it. I deleted the old photo, but all I wanted to do was replace the old photo with a new one, and now it won't allow me to upload any photo, even when I've renamed the photo.

Could someone please fix this, and maybe, please add an option to simply "replace" the old photo with a newer updated one ? Thanks.

I couldn't replicate the error, would you mind giving me more details? What operating system and browser where you using? Also, how were you attempting to upload the photo (the Instagram link or file uploader)?
