Export equipment list

Greetings. Is there a way to export your equipment list? I would like it for insurance purposes

Don’t know if there’s a search feature here; at least I can’t find it so forgive me if this question has been already asked and answered.

You can ...
Open the Website you wanna have as File
Go in You Browser Menu on Print
then Choose Save as .PDF
All Pages and then just save it
and then you got the List as a .pdf File.
Open your PDF File and Check if its complete and fine.

Does this solve the Problem ? Sometimes you have even more Options over "Print" Like MS Office Files and so on ....

And when you need this on Paper, just normal Print to Printer.
When you do not got in your Print Option to "save it as .pdf" , just install a free PDF Program and it should work.
But as far as I know all Browsers got that Option already these days.

Yes its the List you got on the Website already, so yes the Website List as File , what more do you need then ?
Purchase Invoices, you should not store in the web , you need to make copies of them and then add them to your List when it comes down to insurance purposes.

Thanks not very helpful… but what does work is going to an item in your list. Press reorder and then you get a full page of everything in your section. Highlight all the items past in a text document so you don’t have to have the pictures and then a little editing and you’re good.

Ah ok, when this is not enough , you can also make in Gear a Section like Reorder for insurance purposes. And then just Print to .pdf just these Sites of this Gear a Section. Or in the Wishing List the Items you wanna reorder , and Print these last Pages to .pdf. But yes then you got still the Pictures.

But as Website Idea you might mention it in the next: "Equipboard Improvement and Idea Thread"
Like we had for August here: https://equipboard.com/forums/general/topics/equipboard-improvement-and-idea-thread-august-2025-edition I think it would be a good Idea , some wanna see got a lot of high valuable Gear and for People who are often on Tour with their Gear.
It might be done on an Extra Page then, where you can Mark the Gear is missing and then get a List with Prices and Reorder Option to it.
It will be very similar to the Wishing List , so most of the Functions are already on the Page.

Itemized lists like this would be ideal… I still managed to pull it all down as well as add more items I had there were not in the system.
