How do I contribute to an artist's board on mobile?

I've gotten proof of equipment, and I want to contribute, but I only can access via mobile. How do I contribute via my phone?

Mobile is still a work in progress for us. We just recently made artist pages, proof pages, and item pages mobile friendly. Unfortunately, we haven't made it to improving the contribution process on mobile just yet.
