How remove bad submissions?

Hello all, apologies if this is obvious, but how does one remove faulty submissions? I noticed on Nile Rodgers' page, the wrong strings and pick are given:
https://equipboard.com/submissions/246292 There's no evidence, including, the source given he uses those.
https://equipboard.com/submissions/366242 He doesn't use 10-46s, but 9-42s, which is given in the source!
