are you on a mobile device? we've been having some issues but the admins are working hard to rectify them. If you're on a mobile device I'll some Michael and have him add it to the known bugs he and Giullio are working on.

Yeah, it would be super helpful if you'd be comfortable sharing what device and operating system you're on.

Also, are you on the product page and trying to save an item by clicking on the bookmark icon?

Any additional info would be really helpful in helping us to determine how to replicate the error.
