I can't change my profile photo

After I registered, I set a profile photo (this was about six months ago). Today I wanted to change my profile photo, but it just won't change. No matter how hard I try, it doesn't show any errors. What should I do?

I've had issues with certain photos not uploading correctly to the site in the past. Are you uploading the same new photo over and over with no luck, or has it failed with multiple different images and image file types? Are you uploading from MacOS, Windows, Android or iOS?

Yeah I tried different file formats, but nothing happened. I'm on Windows.

huh, I've only ever had a problem on windows when the photo is below the minimum size required by EB, although that's for items, all my profile pics have been fine... is it a small, thumbnail type pic?
