Internal server error trying to add new gear

Was attempting to add the new small box Diamond Phase pedal from its corresponding Reverb link when I received an error stating "Image could not download file: 500 'Internal Server Error'". There's no option to bypass and/or add images from other sources, it just prevents the item from being added.

The issue is with the image, so as a short-term workaround, you can save it and upload it.

2. What browser?
3. What device & OS?
4. Just that one product, or several?

I have having the same problem adding a Fender Ultimate Chorus DSP amp (distinct from the earlier, non-DSP model).

This is the Reverb URL I am trying to use when adding it:

This occurs immediately after submitting the Reverb URL in Edge and Chrome on a Windows 10 PC enrolled in Microsoft's Extended Security Updates (ESU) program and it happens consistently.
