Is it allowed to add a Power Drill to Equipboard ?

Is it allowed to add a Power Drill / pneumatic drill to Equipboard for an Artist using it as Instrument accessoir ? Like a lot of Guitarists did in the Studio and Live , using a power drill to create special sounds Naoya Ogura of the Mass of fermenting Dregs did here: https://youtu.be/VrMNwH_Tg2I?t=11

Based on this, I'd vote to include.

Yeah, it's context dependent. If the gear was used to make music, it's allowed.

Who HASN'T used power tools to make music?
