King Buffalo is already an artist, but I cannot search them or add equipment to them

As the title says, you can find King Buffalo by trying to create them and seeing that they already exist (https://equipboard.com/band/king-buffalo) but they don't actually appear in searches and I can't add gear to them. I'm very new to the site, so just looking for guidance as I have some gear I want to add for them.
