Hi guys! I was just wondering if there are any fellow Linux users in here! I currenty run Ubuntu Studio and Ardour as my DAW, Rakarrack and Guitarix as effects processor and Hydrogen for drums. Any software you can recommend guys?

you can run Renoise in linux. its ran thru wine, but ive never had any issues. im running crunchbang x64 with renoise as my primary DAW, controlling with a trigger finger and basic midi keys.

Exact same set up here using a Focusrite Scarlet as an input.

I've been interested in that audio interface, does it work seamlessly and right out of the box with Linux?

Not exactly out of the box, but, with some minimal installation and configuration (with jack, which is useful to know, really useful) you'll have a great set up. http://dragly.org/2014/01/12/focusrite-scarlett-2i2-flawlessly-working-on-ubuntu-with-jack/ the install isn't too crazy.
