Hi Gang, Cannot seem to add star ratings to my own gear. Am I missing something?

Yeah, sorry about that. We do know there is a bug when rating an item from your own Equipboard page.

Are you still able to rate/review if you go to the product page and then click the stars or the add review button?

Reporting in--for me at least--on the item page it has my selected star rating saved with the review on the item page displayed correctly. It also seems completely arbitrary as to what gear it decides to remove the stars from on my gear page.

Don't know if that'll help squash the bug or not, after all:

So I'm seeing the star rating bug on my page too, and it's definitely being tracked.

In fact, we're going to make some larger changes to the site soon, mostly in the attempt at making the site the same no matter what device you're on.

However, right after that we want to redo the personal pages. What would you guys like to see? What features should we introduces, and which ones should we eliminate? Would love your feedback!

Ah, but seriously, outside of like having some kind of a "Rig" setup where you could somehow show what was in your signal chain, I can't really think of anything. That way users could easily share how they craft their tone, how they got their sound for specific things, things like that.

I'm a pretty simple chap, so that's about all I can think of--outside of that, the setup now where I can easily link my gear to people who ask "so what kind of guitar do you play?" has been absolutely brill, so whatever you lot decide to do, as long as it doesn't muck up that functionality, I'll be golden.

It is very superficial, the ability to do a background colour and maybe to tweak which 3 bits of gear appear under your name... maybe if we had a "desert island" styled box with three bits of gear in it?

Not that you asked, but I have to answer this... Because mine is so simple: 1966 Vox V241 Bulldog Guitar, Vox Pathfinder 15R Amp, and whatver chorus pedal I'm obsessing over at the moment unless I pull the trigger on the Collision Devices Black Hole Symmatry, in which case it'd be that one (I will be getting it. Probably).

With those 3 items, you can do anything. Any kind of music at all.
