It looks like a funky old Telecaster.

As best as I can tell, it's some type of RebelRelic Holy Grail. BFG has been known to play this one. http://www.rebelrelic.com/detail.php?id=651411GTR164

However, if that is the same Holy Grail, that guitar definitely saw some mileage between 2011 and 2012. The pickguard also seems different.

Good find. I couldn't find the exact guitar on the rebelrelic site yet, but that definitely seems to be the best guess so far.

How long has Cream T been around? I found this video from NAMM 2011, but the official site still seems to be a pre-order page.

Looking at this video further it's a Bolin Guitar in the music video and in the live video you posted it's a RebelRelic Holy Grail.
