Potential Bug: gear image fails to display

I've tried uploading a range of different image types to this entry, and all of them fail to display.

Safari 14.0 Chrome 86.0.4240.183

Thought it was just me; been seeing it even after emptying out cache for my browser.

Edge v86.0.622.63 & Chrome v86.0.4240.183.

also I just clicked the 'view moderators' button on the mods list (not sure why I did it) and it took me to the 'review duplicate items' page, which is a great page we really need as mods but its weird it did that?microsoft edge browser, win10 on my old toshiba i5 PC desktop.... I'll try it on the new i9 XPS laptop later... also I can't seem to do anything but view the list. I would merge these for you if you let me, eyeseeofficial's requests all look legit to me!

Okay, thanks for keeping the bug reports coming everyone! We are currently working on the backend architecture for how to add artists, but will do a round of bug fixes soon (end of this week or next) to solve these issues.

I've been getting that same result in Safari since the Mods list appeared.

Thanks for the update, Michael. I don't think any of us expect you guys to drop everything for bugs that aren't huge showstoppers. We trust you'll pencil in an investigation when it actually makes sense schedule-wise.
