why are there not more roles to choose from, or otherwise customize, in one's profile?

(in my case: programmer, engineer, sound design, spoken word, writer, songwriter, voice-over, voice acting?)

"Voice Actor" is a good idea for a role. When I added Nicholas Briggs and Dee Bradley Baker to Equipboard, I lamented the absence of such a role. Audio Engineer is currently available, though, while "songwriter" has some overlap with the Composer role.
