I don't, yet ... but I can make it for you. Not trying to solicit, really. I'm pretty busy. But this is what I do on the side when I'm not gigging. I make charts and arrangements for bands and students. If you're interested lemme know. Price depends on how detailed you want it to be.

speaking of busy, I just picked up some more low capacitance shielded coax for those instrument cables you asked me to make and should be getting around to them shortly... I'll gmail you when they are ready

Sweet! That would be really awesome. Message me before you make them, I need to change one of those 10-footers into a few [smaller] patch cables for my pedal board. I know the extra soldering and connectors may translate into a higher price but it's needed.
